Fee schedule

First Session (intake and treatment planning): 

$200 for individuals

$250 for couples and families

Each Following Session:

$150 for individuals 

$175 for couples and families

• Many insurance companies will reimburse some, or all, of your out-of-pocket expense for an out of network provider with your submitted receipts for services.
• Reimbursement rates are dictated by your insurance company, not Michigan Anxiety and Depression Services.
